| Answer: | Each home requires a $1,000.00 deposit. |
| Question: | Do I need to bring linens & towels? |
| Answer: | Each home provides linens for each and bath towels. You will need to bring towels for swimming and boating. Do not remove bath towels from the home. |
| Question: | Can I rent a boat on Lake Tulloch? |
| Answer: | Yes, we currenly have 2 companies that provide boat & jetski rentals on Lake Tulloch. |

| Question: | Do I need to bring Briquettes/ Charcoals for the Bar-b-que? |
| Answer: | No, all of our homes offer propane Bar-b-ques that are maintained by our cleaning staff. |
| Question: | What do I do if there isn't enough parking at the home I rent for my vehicles & trailers? |
| Answer: | If you do not have ample room to park your vehicles and/ or trailers you must bring them to our designated overflow parking area at Coldwell Banker Lake Tulloch located at 14 O'Byrnes Ferry Rd. in Copperopolis. If you park over the white line in the Poker Flat Subdivision YOU WILL BE FINED! Please see the rules & regulations included with your tenant rental agreement. |
