Calaveras County hosts a variety of recreational entertainment such as water-sports, snow sports, mountain sports combined with Historical Sites and Towns. And during the summer Lake Tulloch is the place to play. Vacationing on Lake Tulloch provides for great fishing, swimming, and boating. Located near great wineries, golf courses, and equestrian trails there's something for everyone to enjoy!

A little about our program...
At this time all of our homes are located in the Poker Flat Subdivision. This is a family oriented subdivision. It is a privilege to rent our homes, our tenants take very good care of them. The majority of our guests are repeat renters that have been invited back by our owners for years. We do open to the public after January and bring in new tenants. The subdivion does have rules & regulations that must be obeyed or you will be subject to fines. We will include a list of these with your contract when the time comes to send them out. The homes are fully furnished, heated, cooled, and ready for you. Linens & bathtowels are provided as well.
